Abstract

As universities respond to the quality agenda, they need to put in place policies and processes to assure and enhance the quality of their educational programs. This paper outlines the practical aspects of how a faculty responded to the challenge of shaping and implementing a centrally conceived program quality assurance system, describes the change management approach used to pilot the system and discusses the factors that contributed to success.
