HERD 2023 Article of the Year + Runner-up Awards announced at HERDSA's Adelaide conference

HERD and HERDSA were pleased to announce the 2023 Article of the Year, plus the three runner-up articles. From the 135 articles published in HERD in 2023, 10 articles were shortlisted for this award. All shortlisted papers were judged to provide significant critical and/or analytical insights to the field of higher education, and were characterised by their thorough literature reviews, sound methodology, persuasive, succinct and coherent arguments, and were, moreover, highly engaging. Hence, the judges had a particularly difficult task in deciding on the winner.
