HERDSA Website Membership Renewals

Some of our members have been experiencing difficulty in renewing their membership online through the new website. I realise this is very frustrating. It is very frustrating for the HERDSA Office too and has created considerable extra work for Jennifer. The redesign of the website was intended to provide more functionality for members and this problem is one of a number of issues that have arisen with the redesign. We are trying to rectify them as fast as possible and I appreciate your patience. If you have an issue with membership renewal, please email the HERDSA Office (office@herdsa.org.au) and Jennifer will try to resolve your issues as quickly as possible. 

I apologise for these problems and inconvenience but as you would be aware we are reliant on the web developers to fix most of these problems. I also want to acknowledge Peter Kandlbinder and Jennifer Ungaro who have fixed problems where they can and have worked tirelessly to resolve major issues with the developers.
