HERDSA News Autumn edition is now available online

The latest issue of HERDSA News features an article by Marcia Devlin on institutional support for students from low SES backgrounds. APFEI academic integrity grants 2017 - applications welcome
Applications close 1st June

The Asia Pacific Forum on Educational Integrity (APFEI) is offering three new grants for projects related to academic integrity in higher education. The grants will be awarded to proposals for a small research project,  the development of teaching and learning resources and/or an event relevant to education about academic integrity education or the management of academic misconduct.

National Tertiary Learning & Teaching Conference 2-3 October 2017
Abstracts deadline 9th June; Early Bird Registration closes 14 July.

This year's National Tertiary Learning & Teaching Conference is on 2nd-3rd October 2017 and is hosted by Unitec Institute of Technology, Auckland.

The Conference theme is SPACES AND PEDAGOGIES and explores how the physical and virtual spaces we teach in support learner success. 

Conference strands will include the design of learning environments and learning practices that:
- Respond to our students’ diverse needs and realities
- Are authentic and work-based
- Are virtual, high-tech, real, collaborative, and
- Meet the needs of employers and other stakeholders. 

The deadline for Abstracts is 9th June.
Early Bird Registration closes 14th July.
