MIRI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Miri's new international airport is located at 20 minutes from the centre of town and has daily flights to Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu,
Kuching as well as all of Sarawak's major towns.
INSURANCE
Please note that registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Therefore, if you are not covered by either an institutional
or a personal travel insurance, we would recommend that you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The conference
organisers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased
in your country of origin.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is available either on campus
or in Miri itself. Special conference rates have been negotiated with a number of quality hotels in the area. Please book
your hotel through our Conference registration form,
to be eligible for these conference rates.
A shuttle bus will operate between the hotels and the conference venue at no additional cost.
