The era of universal participation in higher education by Belinda Probert

Belinda Probert recently presented a series of ideas on the global structural pressures facing university systems at a symposium sponsored by WAND hosted by University of Notre Dame Australia. These ideas have been collected in an Occasional Publication for HERDSA in which Probert proposes some policy options to address the general problems of cost, equity and quality that might be relevant to the Australian context.
